Child Care Fees

Base Fees (Pre-CWELCC Reduction):

• Toddler Program: $60.39 per day

• Preschool Program: $50.42 per day

Dow’s Lake Daycare is approved under the Canada-Wide Early Learning and Child Care (CWELCC) program and adheres to all guidelines related to fee reductions. The above rates represent our base fees. Additional non-base fees may apply, including late pick-up charges and fees for returned payments.

Tuition fees are calculated on a pro-rated basis to ensure equal monthly payments.

Effective January 2025, the reduced CWELCC fees will be as follows:

• Toddler & Preschool Programs:

  • Daily Rate: $22.00

  • Monthly Rate: $478.50

Wait List:

Registration must be made through the City of Ottawa Child Care Registry and Wait List, which can be accessed via internet at http://www.ottawa.ca/daycare or by calling 311. Please note that priority to Dow’s Lake Daycare will be given to Natural Resources Canada employees.
